RWANDA | FILTER COFFEE ||
Having freshly brewed coffee at cafes has finally became an option especially for someone like me who’s super picky and particular with coffee so I’d rather let the professionals do it 😆 I’m honestly not good at brewing, because I might seem knowledgeable but I’m actually not and I’ve zero hands on experience.

So.. here’s a kickstart to my home brewing journey, something people around me have been hoping for 😂😂😂 Believe it or not but I’ve been nagged and persuaded to get a full brewing set but I’ve not gotten ‘em all, maybe soon slowly..😆
This week’s coffee, Rwanda Huye Mountain by @103coffeeroastery, is something that I don’t usually drink but people in 103 made me try this and I fell in love right away. I’ve tried this coffee, since their very first roast, till they got to this stable roasting stage and it’s insane to know how evolution of roast profile change the taste profile of the coffee. Finally brought this home and I can’t wait to explore, using their suggested brewing recipe but here’s the thing, if I under-extracted or over-extracted my coffee I’ll still drink because that’s how I’ll learn without a kettle that can control temperature and good brewing skills. Let the brewing journey begin ☕️| #joeyyjt #103coffeeworkshop #shotoniphone
